This new edgy sales brochure, created by Ad Ventures, is anything but ordinary. It’s a keeper. And It’s sassy like nightclub Cowgirls Inc. Bound together by handmade rawhide covers, the reader is greeted with a cleverly-messaged, visually-wowing 15-page presentation of what makes Cowgirls Inc. the next best thing to hit the Las Vegas strip.
Primary Objective: Expand Seattle-based, highly successful Cowgirls’ Inc. to a prime real estate location in Las Vegas.
Why all the sass? That’s what Cowgirls’ Inc. American Saloon is all about: sexy, sassy wild west fun that’s “half hot biker chick, half sexy cowgirl.” Their unique fun formula appeals to the masses, people of all ages. But the audience intended for this brochure is very defined, highly targeted. So the message was carefully crafted to communicate the mass-appeal entertainment benefits, at the same time communicating specific benefits for serious business investors and real estate landlords. The showcased-sass and high quality of the brochure give good reason for this sales pitch to stand out from the competition.
Founders/owners of Cowgirls Inc. hired Ad Ventures to conceptualize, design and write an innovative sales piece that would not only be taken seriously, but would set them way apart from their competition seeking prime real estate locations in the highly competitive Las Vegas market. Our challenge was in presenting the brand and how it appealed to a broad customer mix, yet writing the sales pitch to appeal to the shirt and tie bean counter. Ad Ventures brought to the table a combination of creativity, along with longtime business savvy helping Northwest businesses strategize and effectively position themselves.
