Website Launches Grand Opening
Di Moda means "in style" in English, but we've heard it put so many different ways how "fantastically great" and "whiz bang" the new di Moda home community website is performing....from their John L Scott real estate agents to Sundquist Homes senior VP. Di Moda new homes are unique, and so is this website branding.

Campaign Objective and Strategy:
Capture the "coolness" of this very innovative new home community in a website design. Appeal to the 25 - 45 year-old potential new home buyer who likes the city "style" but can't afford their taste in downtown Seattle. The "Urban Style, Suburban Price" tagline is intended to literally drive traffic from the city to the 'burbs for lovers of stylin' sophistication. The website acts as an online brochure, providing an easy-to-navigate walk-through of each of four model homes, their floorplans, printable directions, and photos.

IT Company Secures Website
These guys are so good at safeguarding data for their clients, that they didn't even release their hosting password information to Ad Ventures so we could upload their newly-designed web site from our test server, like we have for hundreds of our other clients.
