And an Ad Venture around every corner.
Ad Ventures built the website that tells Seattleites how they should build their homes: green, of course! Our objective was to increase Built Green builder website membership sales. To do that meant first increasing consumer awareness of the benefits of building green. This website increases awareness, educates, and points consumers to a database full of area “green” builders.
“Hi Karen, that looks great. I’m very happy with the new look and and glad you introduced this new idea and steered us away from the path we were going down. This looks great.”
Persuade primary target audience, homeowners and prospective new homeowners, to consider remodeling green or building green so they consult with green builders listed in Built Green’s online membership database. First, take the enormity out of building green by educating consumers how to go green in bite-size amounts, and informing them that every little part that each person contributes counts towards achieving the ultimate goal of 100% green homes.

One person can make a difference and so also says Built Green’s new positioning statement: “One house at a time, we can turn our neighborhoods from grey to green.” By generating more website consumer leads to Built Green builder members, the strategy is that more builders will sign up for a Built Green membership and member retention rates will increase.
